Terms and conditions
If you wish to rent out your flat through our website you need to:
-Send us a letter to myownparis@hotmail.com, reporting your full name and contact details.
-Be the owner of the flat/house.
-Show us your flat/house during an onsite visit, which will help us keep the high quality of the rentals and allow us to have a personal relation of mutual trust.
-Provide us with high quality images of your flat and authorise us (through an e-mail) to show them on our website. A few pictures of the surrounding to the house/flat area, would be very helpful to give a better idea to the visitors of our website.
-Send us a full, detailed description of your house/flat including the area in which is situated, reporting the name of the closests metro and bus stations.
-Choose between the following options for the rental period
short term or long term
informing us, on the exact dates during which you wish to rent out your house/flat.
-Inform us on the asking price per day/week/month according to your previous choise.
From the moment your house/flat will be rented out through our website, you will have to agree of taking complete responsability for the contracts signed or other agreements made with the tenants given that myownparis will act only to put in contact the landlords with the tenants, and viceversa.
